Stone Sculpture
I make these sculpture pieces out of marble for long lasting durability in the elements. I start working on the stone by slicing and chiselling away the bulk of the stone till I arrive at the general proportions for the sculpture. Then the marble is ready for the detail work. I use side disc masonry grinding and carbide grinding. The last step is to finish the stone with hand lap diamond pad abrasives and polishes. Richard Mole
